TedX x Binghamton University
Every year, university students around the globe organize TEDx conferences to share the latest research in their local areas that spark conversations in their communities. From the University’s undergraduate pool, I was selected as the student graphic designer to create a brand identity for this year’s theme. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the conference aired digitally, and premiered on Youtube.
During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, we found ourselves reflecting on the past and drawing important lessons from these unprecedented times. The past holds immense value as future generations will look back at today’s innovative ideas as reference points. This introspection led me to explore a fundamental question: "How do the future and past interact, and how can this interaction be translated into visuals?" This year’s theme: For Future Reference dives into the intersection of time and innovation.
